Michaels is Hiring a Part Time Sales Representative

• Comply with relevant laws and guidelines by following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, and enforcing the policies and standards of the Company
• Follow established guidelines and protocols for handling cash transactions in order to maintain consistently high standards
• By becoming a Rewards member, customers can earn points on every purchase and redeem them for exciting rewards, making their shopping even more rewarding
• A VOC survey can help you gain a deeper understanding of your customers' needs, preferences, and expectations, allowing you to develop better products and services that meet their needs
• It is important for retailers to ensure that merchandise is in good condition and can be easily recovered. This includes monitoring inventory levels and keeping track of products that may need maintenance or repairs. Retailers should have a strategy in place for recovering damaged or stolen merchandise
• Assist customers in returning merchandise and supporting store restoration
• Express gratitude towards customers, assist in locating items and suggest remedies
• Engage in the truck unloading and stocking tasks, aiming to meet truck standards while staying within budget
• Backing for strategies aimed at safeguarding the well-being of all
• Adopting omni channel processes can help businesses increase customer satisfaction by providing a seamless and convenient experience
• Maintaining a store that is well-stocked with a wide variety of items and merchandise is key to keeping customers returning for more
• Approaches social interactions in an open-minded and polite way; upholds a positive and respectful attitude, especially in the face of adversity; advocates for the company's mission and ethos; presents a favorable representation of the organization and acts as an exemplar for others
• We make it our mission to assist customers in their shopping endeavors and assist them in locating items with ease
• Skilled in both selling and creating Custom Frames

• Transportation of bulky cartons and ascension of elevated racks using climbing machinery or other tools

Work Environment:
